Azzey Narimanian, OTR/L Azzey joined Colonial School District in 2015. Prior to this, she worked as an OT in a pediatric medical setting focusing on developmental clinics, the NICU, outpatient services, and early intervention.

Michele Jones, OTR/L
Michele joined Colonial School District in 2013. She has practiced as an OT for over 25 years. Her experience ranges from pediatrics to adult.

Liz Waskie, OTR/L Liz joined the Colonial School District in 2018. Liz went back to school to become an occupational therapist. Prior to this, she was an OT Assistant, working in schools with preschool to fifth grade. She has participated in research related to Autism and sensory integration. |
Autumn Apsley, OTR/LAutumn joined the Colonial School District in 2019.
Her clinical experience includes pediatric medical setting and adult acute care. |
Chelsea Derkacz, OTR/LChelsea joined the Colonial School District in 2019.

Carolyn Buckel, DPTCarolyn joined the Colonial School District in 2019. She began her career as a PT Assistant in 2008 in a pediatric hospital, then went back to school to become a Physical Therapist in 2014.
Carolyn has worked in the school setting since 2016. |
Special Education ServicesEvaluation services assist the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team with identifying the presence of a disability and whether there is an educational need for occupational therapy services, physical therapy, and/or speech pathology services.

Collaborative Teams
Collaborating with school personnel including families. As members of IEP teams, problem-solving teams, and curriculum committees, OT aids students in accessing learning opportunities. They support student participation in school routines while promoting independence.
